Tri Alliance Australia would like to inform its current members, athletes, partners and associates that we are remaining in Queensland as a Triathlon Coaching provider as part of our national triathlon coaching model. The information recently published on the Tri Alliance Queensland and Tri Nation Facebook Pages is incorrect and was published without our knowledge or consultation.
In response to becoming aware of the decision of Coaches Mark Turner and Suzanne McCarthy’s decision to leave Tri Alliance Queensland on Tuesday, we have spoken to all our sponsors, partners and events, who all remain committed to the Tri Alliance and Tri Alliance Queensland brand. We are also working on new local partners aimed at providing benefits back to you – the athlete. We would however, like to acknowledge and respect Mark and Suzanne’s decision and wish them all the best in their new business, Tri Nation.
We are already working hard to establish friendly, enthusiastic, coaches who will bring a fresh structured approach to your programming and coaching and we are excited about these fresh opportunities ahead for you. Moving forward, every session will have a purpose and will be part of a greater annual periodised program, designed individually and specifically for newbies, intermediate and advanced athletes in fun, short course and long course racing. All of this will be easily accessed from your smartphone for convenience. We are offering online programs while we are confirming the new coaching team.
You will also have direct online access to our exclusive online member’s area including training and racing articles, videos, blogs and more. We are also looking forward to launching our Tri Alliance Apps and more online programs for your multisport pleasure. Training towards your health, fitness and race goals will never have been more effective, efficient or exciting!
