Word From the Coaches
Well January has flown by as we head into Australia Day tomorrow and then ready to kick start a big month of racing in February! Tomorrow we have a big number of athletes heading to Brighton for the Australia Day Swim, and also Williamstown. So good luck to all those competing. If you are not competing, there are a number of athletes who are heading out for a ride in the morning. At the moment, a group of Ironman athletes will be leaving Elwood at 7am for around a 2.5hour ride followed by a run off the bike. Short Course should look at around a 60-70km ride (or no more than 2hours) followed by a 3-5km run off the bike. More details will be posted on the Tri Alliance Facebook Page so keep an eye out. Feel free to also post suggested times/locations if you want to meet up with others.

Happy Australia Day for tomorrow everyone – enjoy your day off in the sun!! 🙂
