Swim Technique Correction

This program is designed for those who have an intermediate level of swimming but want to further develop their technique to improve their swim stroke.  A small working group will allow our swim technique coach to spend small group and one-on-one time with each participant giving you maximum value out of each session.

Participants must be able to swim between 1:45-2:15min per 100m. If you are outside of this, you may want to consider our Learn to Swim Program.

Sessions will provide you with information, practical drills, advice and tips on the following:

  • Streamlining your Body Position
  • Breathing technique
  • Arm and Kick technique
  • Improving swim efficiency
  • Tumble turns
  • Open water swimming techniques
  • V02 Max and training types
  • Strength training
  • Drills to help in your normal training
  • Plus more!!

Program Details:

Duration: 1 session a week for 5 weeks
Session Dates/Times: Saturday Afternoons
Location: Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre.
Group Size: 14 places only!
Cost: Only $129 for 5 weeks, plus receive a FREE Swim cap.
(pool entry additional for non Tri Alliance Athletes)
Equipment required: EVERY participants MUST bring a pair of FINS and a Pool Buoy OR Kick Board. If you do not have these, you MUST purchase in advance. These can be purchased online HERE or from most sports shops.
