Whether you’re a complete beginner, a busy professional fitting training around work and family, or an experienced triathlete chasing a Kona slot — Tri Alliance has a program for you. We’ve been training athletes across Australia since 1995, and our programs are built around your goals, your event, and your life.

Squad Training — Melbourne (Victoria)
Our Melbourne squad is the cornerstone of Tri Alliance. Coached sessions across swim, bike, and run — multiple venues, multiple times per week. You train with a team, coached by professionals who know every detail of your race calendar.
- Swim sessions at indoor and outdoor venues across Melbourne
- Group bike rides — road and velodrome, all distances
- Coached run sessions — track, road, and trails
- Brick and transition training as you approach race season
- Access to all weekly sessions included in squad membership

Personalised 1-on-1 Coaching
For athletes who want a training plan built entirely around them. Your coach analyses your current fitness, your race calendar, and your limiters — then builds and monitors a week-by-week plan that evolves with you throughout the season.
- Individual training plan — every session planned and adapted as you progress
- Weekly coach check-ins and plan adjustments
- Race strategy, nutrition planning, and taper management
- Access to squad sessions where available
- Ideal for athletes targeting Ironman, 70.3, age-group podiums, or first-timers who want the full coaching experience

Long Course Triathlon Coaching (70.3 and Ironman)
Preparing for a 70.3 or full Ironman requires a different approach to short-course training. Long build phases, race-day nutrition, open-water confidence, and managing the mental demands of big-distance racing are all part of the picture. Our long-course specialists have guided hundreds of athletes to Ironman finish lines — including Kona qualifiers.
- Structured 20–30 week long-course training programs
- Ironman-specific bike and run pacing frameworks
- Open-water swim coaching and race-day logistics planning
- Athlete case studies from multiple Kona qualifications

Single Sport Programs
Want to focus on one discipline? Our specialist swim and run programs deliver the technique coaching and performance structure of a full squad — without the full triathlon commitment.

Squad swim sessions with technique coaching, CSS/threshold work, and open-water preparation. Suitable for all abilities from beginner pool swimmers to competitive open-water athletes.

Run Program
Structured run training from 5km through to marathon. Track sessions, long runs, and threshold work with experienced run coaches. Build efficiency, durability, and race-day speed.

Training Camps
Immersive multi-day training camps are one of the most powerful ways to accelerate your development. Our camps combine high-volume training with group coaching, technique workshops, and the camaraderie of training alongside like-minded athletes.
- Summer and winter camps in Victoria and interstate
- Triathlon-specific: swim-heavy, bike-focus, or full triathlon
- All fitness levels welcome — programs scaled to ability
- Open to squad members and external athletes
