4 Week Beginner Running Technique Program

Would you like to improve your running technique and efficiency? It’s now the off season and that means its time to make big improvements in your running. Tri Alliance Victoria has designed a beginner specific program that will have you running  more efficiently in 4 weeks.

Sessions will provide coaching advice, technique and tips on the following

Running

  1. Correct posture and technique
  2. Drills to improve technique
  3. Strength to improve technique
  4. Application of strength and technical learning
  5. Training methods and purpose
  6. Assesment & Review

Course Includes:

  • 4 x Running Technique and skills based sessions
  • Small groups (6 people max) for maximum personalised feedback
  • Weekly emails and feedback with overviews and tips to improve your running

Details:

  • Starting: Saturday 16th August
  • Time: 10.30am Saturday
  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Sessions: 1 session per week, 1.5hr each
  • Location: Albert Park Lake, Olympic Park, Gosh’s Paddock
  • Group Size: 6
