Tri Alliance offers a run specific program for those who are keen runners and want a training edge, want to switch from Triathlon or simplywant to gain some fitness or lose weight. Our run sessions are periodised and specific, leading you into selectedevents, races and fun runs. You will also receive either a beginner, intermediate or advanced run training program depending on your level of fitness and what race distance you are training for. So whether you are a beginner runner, or wanting to gain the extra edge by training in our group runs under experienced coaches, then our run specific training program is for you!

Run Sessions

We hold 3 specific run sessions a week in two seperate locations. Sessions are normally at the following days/times/locations:

Tuesday 6.00am – Albert Park / The Tan / Maribyrnong River

Thurday 6.30pm – Albert Park / The Tan / Maribyrnong River

Sunday 8.00am – Albert Park / The Tan / Maribyrnong River
