6 Week Cycling Skills and Technique program Melbourne

Are you in need of better cycling skills and technique? It’s now the off season and that means its time to make big improvements in your cycling. Tri Alliance has designed a beginner 6 week specific program that will have you feeling more confident and technically efficient on the bike.

Sessions will provide coaching advice, technique and tips on the following

  1. Knowing your Bike and equipment including basic servicing
  2. What equipment you need as a cyclist
  3. Signalling and road rules
  4. Group riding and etiquette
  5. Bike position and Pedaling Technique
  6. Hill climbing and descending
  7. Cornering technique
  8. Strength work

Course Includes:

  • 6 x Cycling Technique and skills based sessions
  • Weekly coached session with personalised feedback
  • Weekly emails with overviews and tips to improve your cycling
