Bike Specific Program
It’s time to make big improvements in your cycling, so we have designed a 5 week program that covers all aspects of riding. For anyone who did the ‘taster’ earlier in the year on technique and skills this program digs a little deeper focusing in on all the fundamentals that will compliment your normal training program, giving you purpose for each session.
Sessions are held at the TA Office using our trainers (no hire fee, or bring your own) so there is no traffic lights, weather or other variables to contend with.
SESSIONS WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION, TECHNIQUE, ADVICE, SPECIFIC SETS AND TIPS ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Pedal stroke
- Strength efforts
- High Cadence
- Starting: Monday 20 June 2011
- Duration: 5 weeks
- Sessions: 1 session per week, every Monday 6.00pm (TBC)
- Location:TA Office, 3/20-26 Sabre Drive Port Melbourne
