WEEKLY TRANSITION, SWIM, BIKE, RUN, READ…..
A short abridged newsletter this week as we build towards the festivities and recover mid Hell Week (well after day three anyway…..the legs are very heavy!).
We have again had great numbers out for our early morning sessions with new and existing athletes taking on the challenge with gusto. Especially in the hot and windy conditions we have had – embrace them and you will get stronger. This week is as much a mental test as it is a physical one so ensure you get as much recovery in as you can between sessions keeping your hydration, fueling and stretching going to get you through.
For all Hell Week news ensure you are in the Facebook group below and have read all the do’s and do not’s! We are also running a leader-board and getting as many stats as we can over Hell Week so please sign-up to Strava and upload your data (if not already doing so) and join Tri Alliance as your club. Login and request to join: here: https://www.strava.com/clubs/tri-alliance
Thanks to everyone for turning up in TA gear – it looks awesome to have the groups riding well in colours. If you need any further orders of nutrition or gear we will bring them to the 6am start sessions just don’t order at 10pm because we’ll be in bed and you won’t get it.

REMINDER: There are no sessions other than those on the Hell Week schedule until Monday 4th January as we take a break before the push into the main part of the Triathlon season. If you need to speak to a coach please drop us an email and we will get back to you – though replies might take a little longer than normal. If it is urgent please try and speak to us at a session.
The timetable for January will be updated with sessions once we have finalized the times from MSAC for our pool swims.
There will be no newsletter next week so enjoy all the Christmas festivities and a very Happy New Year to you and your families – see you in 2016.
Happy and safe training
