Swimming Stroke Correction Program Melbourne

This program is designed for those who have an intermediate level of swimming but want to further develop their freestyle technique to improve their swim times.  A small working group will allow our swim technique coach Ryan to spend small group and 1:1 time with each participant giving you maximum value out of each session.

Participants must be able to swim < 2:30min per 100m and 200m continuous. Limited to 8 people

Sessions will provide you with information, practical drills, advice and tips on the following:

  • Importance of strength and flexibility for swimming
  • Body Position and rotation
  • Head position and breathing technique
  • Kicking technique and conserving energy
  • Underwater technique and efficiency
  • Open water swimming technique
  • Video analysis

Participants will receive weekly emails and video blogs and examples of the drills and skills taught as well as sample programs to practice in their own time.

This is what recent participants said of their involvement in our previous stroke correction program.

“Fantastic. The video reviews each week were invaluable as you have no idea what you are doing wrong in the water until you see it there on the screen”

“Ryan was fantastic! The program had the right mix of technique drills and individual feedback. After just the first week I noticed significant improvement in my stroke, with later weeks further refining it. The work Ryan put in to creating the personalised video feedback each week was greatly appreciated and the reference videos in the weekly emails were a helpful reminder of what was covered / best practice. Very glad I undertook it”

“Excellent course, well structured and practical Ryan did a brilliant job delivering this course”
