Strength & Conditioning Specific Program

Strength & Conditioning specific for triathlon is an essential part of an athletes program which is easily missed due to time and lack of knowledge. Now is the time for you to gain the knowledge to use this specific program to maximise your normal program and form a base for the upcoming season.

SESSIONS WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:

  • Learn correct exercise techniques and function
  • Supervision and guidance from qualified coaches
  • Exercises to take home for maximum benefits
  • Smaller working group for more individual focus
  • Program will assist to prevent risk of injury
  • All exercises designed to enhance your normal program sessions
