The number of Ironman, Half Ironman and Long Course events around the country and internationally continues to grow and is exciting for those involved in racing Long Course / Ironman Distance events. The timing of these races differs greatly and given this, we need to ensure each one of our athletes are aware of where their training program is at and which direction it is heading based on the Long Course event/s you are training for.
This is also the time to ensure you are on the correct training program after your break during April, to ensure you are building correctly for your race/s and gaining maximum benefit from your training.
