Strength & Conditioning
Strength & conditioning is extremely important in any training program. Our strength and conditioning runs from May-Sept each year gradually building as your body adapts. Programs are SPECIFIC to swimming, cycling and running and will help develop your leg, core and upper body strength specific for these sports.
Athletes on our Short Course, Long Course or Personalised Program will receive a dynamic and visual Strength & Conditioning Program to follow. These programs are designed so you can complete them at home.
