Summer Try-the-Tri Program

Learn all there is to know to compete in your first Triathlon this coming season!

Tri Alliance is well known for its beginner triathlon programs and due to its popularity our Try-the-Tri Program is back for another year!

Our 6 week beginner program will cover all aspects of triathlon training and provide you with a taste of the technique and skills to compete this coming season. So if you have been thinking about trying a triathlon, now is your chance to get a head start before the season commences!

Program includes:
* 3 coached sessions a week for 6 weeks
* Tri Alliance TShirt and Swim Cap – be part of the team!
* Swim, bike and run technique & fitness
* Open water swim technique and practise
* Weekly tips & tricks and general training advice
* Race transition setup & race tips
* Pre race course overview and transition walk through
* FREE RACE ENTRY into the Active Feet Triathlon OR Gatorade Tri immediately following your Try-the-Tri Program.
* FREE Raceday  Massage, BBQ, warm-up area at your race!
* Access to exclusive specials including wetsuits, bikes, bike accessories plus more!

Program 2 – Mond 28 Nov 2011 – Sund 15 Jan, Race 3 Brighton (OPEN – 5 places remain)
Program 3  – Mond 9 Jan 2012 – Sund 19 Feb, Race 5 Elwood
Program 4 – Mond 6 Feb 2012 – Sund 18 Mar, Race 6 Portarlington
Program 5 – Mond 20 Feb 2012 – Sund 1 April, Race 7 St Kilda

Session days/times:
* Tuesday 6.00-7.00AM – RUN SESSION – Albert Park Lake
* Wednesday 6.30-8.00PM – BIKE, RUN, SKILLS & OPEN WATER – St Kilda Beach
* Saturday 9.30-11.00AM – BIKE, RUN, SKILLS & OPEN WATER – Elwood Beach

What equipment you need:
Swim: Goggles, swim cap, swimmers, wetsuit (if you have one)
