Online Long Distance Training Program

Our Online Long Distance Training Program is the perfect training program for athletes who are self motivated to train on their own. This program is tailored specifically for your event, training history and lifestyle.

Our Head Online Coach Stephen Gage has a strong history in Ironman racing and has developed a successful approach to coaching both first timers as well as those athletes pushing for that Kona spot or next big PB.

As an athlete Stephen has raced 8 IM events all between 9h 10 and 9hr 43 including Kona. As a husband, father and working full time he understands time restrictions. He can tailor a program around those restrictions and still have you ready to do an IM race.

The program is especially good for people that can’t make squad training, do shift work, travel a lot for work or even stay at home parents that juggle the demands of caring for a family.  Stephen has many athletes already in this category such as mine workers and even Ship Captains.

On joining our program, Stephen will screen you for past training history, training limitations, race goals and map out your training and racing season. This will ensure you are set on the right track from the beginning.
