TRY-the-TRI Program
Our most popular beginner training program in our TRY-the-TRI Program. This is a 6 week beginner program which covers all aspects of triathlon training. If you are the absolute beginner or you have done a few races already, this introductory program will provide you with all the skills and confidence you need to race.
Social / Fun Program
Our Social / Fun Program is a great way to train socially with a group of other like minded people. This program is ideal for those who would like to start off the experience of triathlon without a large training commitment. This is also a great way to meet people and train for fun and fitness! Designed to cater for all levels of fitness and age groups – a great program to get you started!
Learn to Swim
Tri Alliance recognises that those new to triathlon may not neccessarily be confident swimmers. Most newbies come from a running/fitness or ball sports background and may not have swum since high school. So don’t fret – join our learn to swim program before you program into our swim sessions.
