6 Week beginner Triathlete Program

Tri Alliance is well known for its beginner triathlon programs and due to its popularity our Try-the-Tri Program is back for another year!
Our 6 week beginner triathlon training Queensland program will cover all aspects of triathlon training and provide you with a taste of the technique and skills to compete this coming season. So if you have been thinking about trying a triathlon, now is your chance to get a head start before the season commences!
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 3-4 coached sessions a week for 6 weeks
- Swim, bike and run technique & fitness
- Open water swim technique and practise
- Weekly tips & tricks and general training advice
- Phone and email contact with our coaches
- Race transition setup & race tips
- Pre race course overview and transition walk through
- *FREE RACE ENTRY into the Enticer Triathlon OR Gatorade Tri immediately following your Try-the-Tri Program.

Race 1 Gatorade Tri Series, Robina, Sunday 19th October 2014
Race Distances: Long Enticer 300m-10km-2.5km OR Gatorade 750m-20km-5km
Program is only available to Gatorade/Enticer Entrants
Free to the first 100 Gatorade/Enticer Entrants
- Program 2: 15th Dec 2014 – 25th Jan 2014 (Note Tri-Alliance will be closing for a short period over Christmas/New Years TBA)
Race 4 Gatorade Tri Series, Robina, Sunday 18th Jan 2015

- Program 4: 16th March 2015 – 26th April 2015
Race 7 Gatorade Tri Series, Raby Bay, Sunday, 19 April 2015
Race Distances: Enticer 200m-5km/7.5km-2km OR Gatorade 400m-15km-4km

We have a number of locations and times that we hold our sessions around the Gold Coast. So choose which sessions suit you! Each session will help you develop fitness, confidence and learn all the triathlon skills you need to know.
- Monday: 5:30am Pool Swim Miami Pool, Pizzey Park
- Tuesday: Day off
- Wednesday: 5:30am Pool Swim Miami Pool, Pizzey Park
- Thursday: 6.30pm Run session, Burleigh Heads
- Friday: Day Off
- Saturday: 6.30-8 am, Combo, Doug Jennings Park swim enclosure, The Spit
- Sunday: Active Recovery or day off

COST: $259 including FREE Gatorade/Enticer Race Entry!
*Already got your race entry sorted? No worries – we would still love to help you prepare for your race. $199 for the same program without race entry.
GROUP SIZE: Only 20 spots are available for programs 2-5.
WHAT EQUIPMENT YOU NEED:
Swim: Goggles, swimmers, wetsuit (if you have one)
Bike: Bike, helmet, bike shoes (or runners)
Run: Runners & running gear
