With our recovery and transition month almost over the 2015/16 annual plans and programs for May are being finalised ready for you to get stuck into training.

To ensure all athletes are on the right program and we understand your goals please can you spend a few minutes to fill in the below form detailing your goals and racing plans. We can then adjust as required and discuss programming and your goals with you.
