Beginners 6 Week Course Training Timetable
This training timetable is for the beginners 6 week course starting leading into a number of Gatorade Tri Series races over the 2014/15 Season. The training sessions on this timetable are exclusively for participants enrolled in the course and are not available to attend on a casual basis.
