“I’m a big believer in eating to live or train, not training or living to eat. Good food and a personalised nutrition plan is just as important to success in sports and endurance events as it is to life long health and vitality. You can’t expect a Ferrari to run well if you put poor quality fuel in to it, right? Same principle applies to us! You can’t expect to perform at your best without watching what you eat”
