Get the most out of your swimming with a 1 on 1 swim coaching session with Swimming Stroke Video analysis. A video analysis of your stroke above and below the water will also be utilised so you can actually see where your flaws lay. It’s very difficult to imagine what you look like in the water so this is where the video analysis becomes a very valuable tool.

Session Includes

1. 1 hour 1:1 swim session with video analysis and feedback
2. 3 x video analysis of your stroke with voice overs uploaded to the internet for your viewing
3. Sample session provided with access to video examples of the drills you have been prescribed
