If you are new to triathlon you have come to the right place! At Tri Alliance we have a couple of options to help you get started:
Our Try-the-Tri program is a specific 6 week course where you will learn everything you need to know about triathlons.
Whether you have a background in one of the disciplines, have completed a triathlon before or are simply new to everything we can help you get started.
There is NO minimum fitness level required. The sessions are structured to cater for all abilities. So regardless of whether you can’t swim 50m, haven’t ridden a bike since you were a kid or you can’t run to the end of your street without stopping we can help you!
Our beginner courses run between August and April each season and you can find more information and the dates for our next course HERE.
Beginner Training Sessions
At Tri Alliance we really mean it when we say that we cater for all abilities. To this end our timetable includes sessions that are both beginner focused and/or include everyone.
Check out our timetables in your location and come along to our sessions that are either labeled ‘beginner/intermediate’ or ‘all abilities’. These are a great place to start training to build your confidence and get a feel for our squad environment.
