Hi guys, I haven’t been able to make any of the swim sessions so far (doctor’s orders!) should be good to go next week- am I right in thinking that we can attend the 6.15 sessions at MSAC on Mondays as well as the St Michael’s sessions?
    Cheers,
    Erin

    • Check with Coaches @ollie and or @coachscott as the St Michaels location is generally utilised for introduction to squad swimming, stroke correction etc
MSAC lanes have been designated as fast, faster and fastest swimmers (fast = holding pace at 2min per 100m)
Pretty sure there’s some flexibility in the schedule and availability but it’s best to check!

      Good luck and, happy training!!

    • Hi Erin,
Thanks for your message and hope you are better now. As you are part of the free Try the Tri group we only have available the St Michael’s swim sessions which are on a booking rotation. If our coach Jordan at St Michael’s assess you to be a more intermediate to advanced athlete he will send you to MSAC.

Are you part of the group https://tri-alliance.com/groups/winter-try-the-tri-2017-989131827/

This is where all the correspondence is going on and we post the booking sheets for the Try the Tri session for the following week.

Please follow us up if you need anything else.

      regards

      Ollie
